Cheesy crescent

Everybody will love these cheesy crescent, they are light, flaky, and soft, made with just a few simple ingredients. You can't go wrong with them. They have a little hint of yeasty sweetness, and they’re so buttery and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram of flour
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 millilitre of oil (warmed up)
  • 500 millilitre of milk(warmed up)
  • 20 gram of yeast
  • margarine

Warm the milk a little bit, add the sugar and yeast to it. Leave it to work for 10 minutes. Warm the oil and mix all the ingredients together (not to margarine). Stir everything until the dough comes together into a ball, and you have a nice fluffy dough. You don't need to leave the dough to rest, just start right away with dividing the dough in 8 parts, and form a little ball from each part. You’ll have to roll your balls into a  round shape and flattened dough, from there you divide it into 8 wedges. Just like in the picture here: Place a little bit of margarine into the wide end of the wedge, like a little piece of a dice.

Lastly, roll up the wedges starting from the wide end up to the tip until you form it into crescent shapes. That’s just about it. Easy, right?

Make an egg wash, brush the little crescent with it and sprinkle the top with some cheese.

Bake them until they are golden brown.

Enjoy!!!!
