Fanta jelly
Preheat your oven at 180 Celsius.
Line your baking pan with baking paper. Separate the eggs, beat the egg yolks with the sugar till you have a nice foamy texture and the foam changed in colour. Add the flour, coca powder and baking powder to it, mix kit well together then add the oil to it as well. Beat the egg whites till you have a nice and hard foam and mix the two mixture together, be really gentle not to break the whites to much. Pour your mixture to your already lined pan and bake it till its starts to golden brow. Leave it till completely cools down.
For the cheese mixture beat the butter with the powder sugar till it’s nice and foamy then add the twarog to it, the lemon zest and the vanilla extract. Mix it well together.
If your sponge cooled down completely you can spread the cream on it. If the sponge is to thick you can cut in two and spread some in the middle and then in the top as well. Cool it in the fridge till you do the fanta jelly.
For the jelly mix, mix half of the fanta juice with the sugar and the two pudding mix. Put the other half of the juice to boil and add the pudding mix to it. Cook it till it thickens, make sure you continuously stirring it.
Wait a few minutes before you start to spread the jelly on the top of your cake. When you spread it nicely keep it in the fridge till the jelly sets completely.
